Do you enjoy exercise or not? If not, you’ll be happy about a recent study out of George Washington University. If found that weekend-only exercisers reap the same benefits as those who work out five days a week, and 150 minutes is enough. Now you have reliable reason for not exercising regularly, but I would like to recommend to exercise two or three times a week for about an hour. First, it makes you exercise as a habit. As you exercise once a week, it means you can enjoy rest for six days. Can you make time for exercise when you already know a hard time is waiting for you? Probably the answer is no. However, when you try exercise regularly, it will be hard at first, but after few months, you’ll find that exercise becomes a part of your life and it’ll be a lifelong habit. Second, regular exercise relaxes your body. For example, when you work on a computer, your head, the heaviest part of your body, goes forward to see the screen, so there is a lot of weigh on your weak neck. It causes turtle neck syndrome accompanied by a headache, backpain, and stiff neck muscles. Those pains reduce your quality of life and energy. As you exercise, it relaxes your muscle pain and then provides a better body and mental condition. Exercising once a week sounds fantastic. However, you should consider what will be gained by regular exercise. If you’re not sure, try to exercise twice a week. Once you experience amazing results, you’ll do more by yourself.
